CyberTeam Resource Management Limited is pleased to announce that it has acquired Gemini Resource Solutions Limited, a specialist SAP Solutions provider based in the Midlands, with effect from 31st August. The acquired company will continue to trade as Gemini, but from now on as a niche division of CyberTeam.
CyberTeam will now be able to offer those of its services that are not currently available from Gemini into Gemini’s client base and by the same token, Gemini will now be able to offer Gemini solutions into CyberTeam’s
Commenting on the acquisition, Dick Cresswell, Gemini's Managing Director said, “It's very much business as usual for Gemini – I’ll be staying on to run the division for a minimum of three years but with the extended resources of the larger parent behind me. This will be to the major benefit of all concerned, clients and consultants alike.
Alan Hutchinson, CyberTeam CEO said, “This is the first of what we expect to be a number of strategic acquisitions, as we build the company by M&A, as well as organically, into the economic upturn. We are also building our specialisms which, apart from the supply of contract services, now include Permanent Recruitment, NHS, Testing, Security, Financial Services and SAP.
With the addition of Gemini, CyberTeam now has an extended presence in the UK to complement its London, Edinburgh and Leeds offices.
