When you apply for a job through CyberTeam you will always speak with one of our consultants directly about the role and the company. You will receive a written job specification and have the opportunity to ask whatever questions you need to. If you are interested in the role and happy to be submitted we will present your CV (unaltered) to our client. Once our client has reviewed your CV and requested to see you we will arrange to meet with you face to face before your 1st interview. We do this primarily to help you prepare you for your interview – it is our aim to help you perform to your full potential in the interview giving you the best chance of success. We will go through the job specification in detail and provide a full overview of the company. We will also provide interview advice and preparation guidelines. At all stages of the recruitment process you are welcome to call our consultant to get an update on progress. We are here to help you find your next role and believe in working together to achieve this. Contractors When you apply for a contract role through CyberTeam you will always speak with one of our consultants directly about the role and the company. You will receive a written job specification and have the opportunity to ask whatever questions you need to. If you are interested in the role and happy to be submitted we will present your CV (unaltered) to our client. Once our client has reviewed your CV and requested to see you we will arrange to call you again before the interview to go through the job specification in detail and to provide a full overview of the company to help your preparation/performance in the interview. CyberTeam believes in looking after our contractors and doing what we can to ensure they are happy while working through us. If you are a happy contractor you will tend to be more productive which can lead to longer contracts and a satisfied client. We aim to meet all of our contractors and review your progress while on site. If there are any issues or problems we will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible. At any time throughout your contract you are welcome to call your designated consultant about any issue and we pledge to always try and provide a solution. We pay our contractors on a monthly basis via an electronic timesheet. |
